ACM, AAAI and IEEE discount
During the registration process, ACM, AAAI, and IEEE members are eligible for a 10% discount. To obtain the discount code, participants should reach out to Nina Reščič, the local organizing chair, at nina.rescic@ijs.si, and provide evidence of their membership.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellations are made before 16th May 2024, the entire amount paid will be refunded without any cancellation fee. For cancellations received between 16th May and 12th June 2024, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee based on the amount paid. Unfortunately, cancellations received after 12th June 2024 will not be refunded, and the full amount paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Please note, that a processing fee of 50 EUR will apply for all cancellations.
