Call for demos and videos

We welcome submissions of intelligent environment solutions and systems for live presentation at the conference, encouraging authors to prepare engaging demonstrations that captivate the audience. Additionally, we invite up to 5-minute videos presenting working systems, methods, or authors’ visions of intelligent environments. Authors are expected to showcase how their work is shaping the future of adaptive, interactive, and sustainable environments across various fields, including IoT applications, smart environments, healthcare applications, and Industry 4.0 solutions. This transformation can be driven by artificial intelligence, multimodal interaction, and other signal-processing technologies.

The conference will feature a “Best Demos & Video Award,” highlighting exceptional presentations that effectively showcase innovative solutions and systems within Intelligent Environments.

Accepted papers will be published as a volume of the IOS Press Ambient Intelligence and Smart Environments book Series of IOS Press. Submissions should be made as 6-page papers using the IOS Press book template with the LaTeX style files available here. Please note that because of a tight schedule and coordination with the publisher, failure to adhere to the prescribed format might lead your submission to be rejected.

Papers should be submitted through the Microsoft CMT system. Authors of accepted work to be presented at the main event are also kindly invited to present live or video demonstrations of their work. No additional submission is necessary in this case, but the authors should send an email to demos and videos chairs stating their intent.
